The “golden window” is between October and April. During these months, daytime temperatures are pleasant (20°C to 30°C). In mid-summer (July/August), temperatures can soar above 45°C, so we recommend spring and autumn for the most comfortable experience.
Think layers! Bring lightweight, breathable cotton or linen for the day, but don’t forget a warm jacket or fleece for the night—the temperature drops significantly once the sun sets. Essential gear includes a scarf (for wind/sun), high-SPF sunscreen, and sturdy walking shoes for the dunes.
