Day 1: Arrival in Rabat

Arrive at Rabat Airport and meet your driver and guide. Transfer to your hotel and relax. Explore Rabat, visiting the Kasbah of the Udayas, Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Enjoy the peaceful city atmosphere in the evening.

Day 2: Rabat to Meknes and Fes

Start your day with a drive to Meknes, known as the “Versailles of Morocco.” See its grand gates, Bab Mansour, and visit the Royal Stables and Sahrij Swani, a beautiful water reservoir. Continue to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and admire the detailed mosaics and well-preserved buildings. After history explore, travel to Fes for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day in Fes

Explore Fes, Morocco’s cultural heart. Tour the ancient Medina, visit Al-Qarawiyyin University, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, and the tanneries. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and return to your hotel.

Day 4: Fes to Merzouga Desert

Leave Fes and travel through the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, admire its European-style buildings and pretty surroundings. Continue to the cedar forests of Azrou, home to playful Barbary monkeys. Stop in Midelt for lunch, then descend into the green Ziz Valley with its tall cliffs. Arrive in Merzouga, where the golden Erg Chebbi dunes stretch as far as you can see. Stay at Beldi Camp in traditional Berber tents, enjoy dinner, and listen to local music under the stars.

Day 5: Merzouga Desert Exploration

Wake up to the sunrise over the dunes and get ready for a day in the desert. Start with a camel ride and enjoy the beauty of the Sahara. Try sandboarding or relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Visit a local village to learn about Gnawa music and culture. Return to Beldi Camp for the evening, enjoy a traditional dinner, and share stories around the campfire.

Day 6: Merzouga to Dades Valley

Leave the desert and visit Todra Gorge, a canyon with cliffs up to 300 meters. Walk along the river and enjoy the views. Continue to the Dades Valley, the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs, and stay at a cozy guesthouse with a local dinner.

Day 7: Dades Valley to Marrakech

Travel through the Roses Valley and cross the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n’Tichka Pass, enjoying the views. Visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO site and famous movie location. Continue to Marrakech and check into your hotel.

Day 8: Marrakech Exploration

On your day 8, delve into the vibrant energy of Marrakech with a guided city tour. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque, the Jardin Majorelle, a lush garden once owned by fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. Explore the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where street performers, food stalls, and artisans create a lively atmosphere.

Day 9: Departure

Depending on your flight time, you may have a chance for some last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Then, transfer to the airport and leave with wonderful memories of your Moroccan adventure.
