Spend the day exploring Fes, a UNESCO World Heritage city. Tour Fes el-Bali, visiting Al Quaraouiyine University, Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, Chouara Tannery, and Bou Inania Madrasa. Walk through the souks, see local crafts, enjoy a traditional meal, and end with views from the Merenid Tombs.
After breakfast, leave Fes and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane (“Morocco’s Switzerland”) and Azrou with its cedar forest and Barbary monkeys. After breakfast, depart from Dades Valley and head toward Kelaat Mgouna, famous for its rose products and the Festival of Roses. Continue to Skoura Oasis, known for its Amridil Kasbah, a well-preserved fortress that offers incredible views of the surrounding oasis. After exploring Ait Ben Haddou, cross the High Atlas Mountains and make your way to Marrakech, where you’ll check into your hotel or riad for an overnight stay.
Today, enjoy a guided tour of Marrakech, one of Morocco’s most vibrant and exciting cities. Visit the Jemaa el-Fna Square, the heart of Marrakech, filled with snake charmers, street performers, and food stalls. Explore the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, and the Majorelle Garden, known for its vivid blue colors and serene beauty. You’ll also visit the Saadian Tombs and wander through the souks, where you can shop for local crafts, spices, and textiles. In the evening, experience the lively atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fna, where you can enjoy street food, live music, and entertainment.
On your final day, depending on your flight schedule, you will either enjoy some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Marrakech or take a transfer to Tangier Airport for your departure.
