Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

Your tour begins with an early morning departure from Marrakech, as you drive through the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains. Along the way, you’ll witness dramatic mountain landscapes and traditional Berber villages nestled in the valleys. Your first stop is Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage. This kasbah has been used as a filming location for famous movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Take a guided tour through the kasbah and learn about its fascinating history. Continue your journey toward the Dades Valley, passing through spectacular scenery of palm groves, kasbahs, and valleys. In the evening, you’ll arrive in the Dades Valley, where you’ll stay in a local riad or hotel. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner and relax for the night.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga – Beldi Desert Camp

After breakfast, head to the Todra Gorges, one of Morocco’s most famous natural attractions. Walk along the riverbed and marvel at the towering cliffs, some rising up to 300 meters. The views are spectacular and provide plenty of photo opportunities. From Todra Gorges, your journey continue to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Upon arrival, head to Beldi Desert Camp, a luxurious desert camp located near the famous Erg Chebbi dunes. After settling in, enjoy your camel trek into the desert. Witness the sunset as the dunes change colors in the fading light. Return to the camp for a delicious Moroccan dinner, followed by traditional Berber music around the campfire. Spend the night in your comfortable, well-equipped tent, under the clear desert sky.

Day 3: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Fes

After a peaceful sunrise camel trek, where you’ll witness the desert in its serene beauty as the sun rises over the dunes, return to the camp for breakfast. Begin your return journey to Fes. Travel through the scenic Ziz Valley, a beautiful oasis with palm groves and picturesque landscapes. Continue through the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through the towns of Ifrane (often called the “Switzerland of Morocco”) and Azrou. Along the way, you’ll enjoy stunning views of forests, valleys, and traditional Berber villages. Arrive in Fes in the evening, where your tour concludes.
